The staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to provide advice and assistance. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. - I really liked the communal areas, especially the terrace and common hangout spots. They provided a great place to relax and meet other guests.
The lack of privacy in the dorm rooms was a downside for me. It would have been nice to have curtains or some kind of divider for the bunk beds.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The rooms were cozy with their own unique character, and the location in the medieval part of town was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us.
Hotel breakfast could have been better with more options.

The hostel had a great vibe and the staff were really friendly. The terraces were amazing, one with stunning mountain views and the other with a pool. The breakfast provided was great and the hostel itself was beautifully decorated. The free lockers were a nice bonus.
The rooms were quite dark, even during the day, so you had to rely on artificial light. there were no curtains on the top bunk, which could be a privacy concern for some guests.
